The Digital Support Program helps businesses registered in the NWT with their digital projects. The Digital Support Program consists of Prosper NWT’s Accelerate Digital Adoption Projects for Tomorrow Fund (ADAPT) Fund and additional contribution funding that is available from the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor).
Accelerate Digital Adoption Projects for Tomorrow (ADAPT) Fund
The Accelerate Digital Adoption Projects for Tomorrow (ADAPT) Fund is Prosper NWT’s contribution program that helps businesses with their digital adoption projects. A maximum of $2,600 is available to eligible NWT registered businesses each year, until the ADAPT Fund budget has been exhausted. Funding will be distributed on a first come, first serviced basis.
Additional Funding from the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor)
Additional funding may also be available to NWT registered businesses to support digital projects. With this funding, eligible businesses could receive up to $7,700 if located in Yellowknife/Ndilǫ, Fort Smith, Hay River and Inuvik, and up to $10,100 if located in other NT communities. This additional funding will become available beginning April 1, 2025, until the budget has been exhausted. Funding will be distributed on a first come, first serviced basis.
The total contribution funding available through both the ADAPT Fund and CanNor for qualifying businesses is up to $10,300 for businesses located in Yellowknife/Ndilǫ, Fort Smith, Hay River or Inuvik, and up to $12,700 for businesses in other NT communities.
