Prosper NWT is a public agency of the Government of the Northwest Territories that is governed by an independent public board of directors.
Members of our board of directors are appointed by the Minister responsible for Prosper NWT. The board is responsible for the organization’s governance, overall affairs, strategic plan, budget, and reporting on Prosper NWT’s performance to the public.
The board of directors consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 eligible persons appointed as directors by the Minister.
