Prosper NWT is seeking applications from Northwest Territories residents and entrepreneurs to serve on its Board of Directors for terms of up to three years.
The Board advises the Minister Responsible for Prosper NWT and provides strategic direction and oversight to the organization. Prosper NWT supports Northern business growth and diversification through financing, business advice, and programs that help entrepreneurs succeed.
Who we’re looking for:
Applicants must have business ownership, management, or relevant business experience. Directors are typically appointed to reflect a broad range of skills, regional representation from across the NWT, and experience across various economic sectors. A person who is employed by the public service is not eligible to serve as a director.
Commitment:
Members should be willing to commit the necessary time and energy to the role. The Board meets quarterly and as required.
